The Automated Recordation Transfer Tax System(ARTS) is designed to assist you in preparing your documents and payments for Prince George's County Transfer and the State of Maryland Recordation, taxes.

As this system develops, we will eventually provide a full range of services to process Deeds, Trusts, Modifications to Trusts, Liens and Leases.
